The Marcy Inspire FT1 functional trainer supports a number of exercises in seated, kneeling, and freestanding versions, many of which incorporate core, secondary, and stabilizing muscles to increase your overall fitness.
Built around a high/low pulley system, adjusting to over 30 height positions, the FT1 functional trainer comes with an impressive set of accessories, enabling you to work on your biceps, back, chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, legs, and more. These include a 48-inch revolving lat bar, an aluminium easy curl bar, strap handles with revolving grips, and an ankle strap; you can store the all in the rotating accessory holder (included).
The functional trainer comes complete with a dual 75kg (165lbs) commercial weight stack to let you work on each side of the body independently, and a bench. The powder coated oval and tubular steel frame will stand even very heavy use.
